Is there any whey I can add a "delete my account" button on my site and a "change password" button:

You can not add. In fact you can add by linking OFW. Then, when you click these buttons, you should login here. I don't advice you should add these buttons.

Where 'delete my account button' is:
Personal Preferences > Additional Options

Where 'change password button' is:
Personal Prefences > General Settings.
