It is about creating own CSS Layout! It is created with tables. So you should paste the codes to the all pages!

Yes, there is. If you had found CSS Design code from the code-websites, you should paste it to 'text at top/bottom of the pages' areas. You can find CSS design code by clicking following the link:

Yes, CSS. But not in all pages! I pasted the codes to the boxes in the Extended Settings.
